Bookings & Payment
A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and the 1:1
consultation form has been fully completed and submitted.
All fees are specified in writing and are for the named dog only. VAT is not
chargeable.
Payments must be made in full by electronic bank transfer upon booking.
Receipts are available on request.
If payment is not received in full (unless a payment plan is agreed in writing),
the session may be cancelled.
I do not offer refunds for cancelled or missed sessions except in exceptional
circumstances, at my discretion.
Where a full or partial refund is issued, it will be made by bank transfer to the
person who made the original payment.
Services
Services will be delivered at the Trainer’s premises, the Client’s property, or a
mutually agreed location confirmed at booking.
Online services will be delivered via a video conferencing platform such as
Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
The Trainer reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any dog
considered dangerous or unsafe, at the Trainer’s sole discretion.
Trainers Responsibilities
I use only effective, force-free and humane training methods, tailored to your
individual dog based on the information you provide.
Results require your active participation and commitment. Progress is not
instant and depends on consistent practice.
I will wait up to 15 minutes after the agreed appointment time before marking
a non-attendance as a no-show.
I will notify you as soon as possible if I am delayed or unable to attend.
Clients Responsibilities
You must fully complete the 1:1 Consultation Form at least 48 hours before
your session. The Trainer accepts no responsibility for issues not disclosed.
You agree to update the Trainer on any changes to your dog’s health,
behaviour, legal status, or circumstances that may affect training.
You confirm your dog is not subject to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 or any
Court Order and is lawfully in your care.

For behaviour cases, you consent to the Trainer contacting your veterinarian if
necessary and agree to obtain a vet check if recommended.
You are responsible for the safety of yourself, your dog, your family, visitors,
and property at all times. You accept full liability for any injuries or damage. All
vet bills remain your responsibility, however incurred.
Training is designed for the specific dog named in your booking and must not
be applied to other dogs without prior discussion.
If forceful handling methods or punishment are used, the session will be
terminated immediately without a refund.
Aversive equipment such as choke chains, prong collars, electric collars, rattle
cans, or corrector sprays must not be used during sessions.
Your dog must wear a secure, well-fitted flat collar or harness with an ID tag.
To maintain focus, please ensure young children have alternative adult
supervision during sessions.
You consent to the Trainer sharing photos, videos, or success stories from
sessions on social media. Please inform me if you do not consent.
Privacy
The Trainer respects your privacy under GDPR. Personal information is collected solely for providing training services and may be shared with relevant third parties, such as your vet, if necessary.
You agree not to share training or behavioural materials with others, except immediate family for the benefit of the named dog.

Comments or advice from others on social media are not endorsed by the Trainer.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to rearrange a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full without refund.
The Trainer reserves the right to cancel a session at any time if the dog’s behaviour poses a safety risk, or due to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund or reschedule will be offered where appropriate.
